I would be happy to answer any questions that may arise about the project. Lot ownership will include a resident membership in the golf club in addition to access to other planned club and HOA amenities (pool with pavilion, walking paths, swimming area on Deep Creek Lake, canoes/kayaks, etc). We are developing a non-resident membership program that should be available spring 2009. The golf course will also be open for public play. I have asked our golf course superintendent, Bob Raley, and our architect, Craig Schreiner, to post some general comments about the golf course.
