I'm in resort real estate and I agree that the big homes are definitely continuing to be (and climb!) in demand!

Randy - The report we got from Railey Mountain Lake Vacations was given to us in May of 2008 so that would have included the 2nd quarter.

Any press about Deep Creek or fractional homes would be great. Let me know if I can help. Press about Deep Creek Lake has recently been featured in the Washington Times, Baltimore Sun, and Columbus Dispatch.

All sales stats are taken from our local MLS - believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.

Thanks for reading.

How are vacation rentals at DCL looking through the 2nd quarter? I read your report for April but was curious about an update.

BTW, I'm working on generating some press about Deep Creek, including hopefully something about one of your clients, Second Homes at Deep Creek Lake.

Also, excellent and informative blog. Can I count on your sales stats as being accurate?
