In 2008 thus far, 19 parcels of land/lots have sold in area 3 of our local MLS - area 3 is basically the southern part of Garrett County and does not include any lake properties. Of those 19 lots, the average sold price was a little under $45,500 - and the average number of acres included with those 19 lots was 6 acres. Therefore, the price per acre thus far in 2008 is around $7,500 an acre. Linda - to answer your question.
